1. Reset via Monitor (IPC Channel Configuration)
On your monitor, right-click to open the menu and select "IPC Channel Configuration".
Click the "Search" button to locate the camera you want to reset.
Select the target camera from the search results, then click the "Reset IPC" button to initiate the reset.
If the "Reset IPC" button is not available, proceed to the next method.
2. Reset via Official Search Tool
Launch our dedicated search tool (compatible with your POE camera model) on your computer.
The tool will automatically scan and display all connected POE cameras on the network.
Right-click on the camera you need to reset and select the "Device Reset" option from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the reset operation when prompted—this will restore the camera to its factory default settings.
